How to read the results

Monthly price is what the carrier quotes as the monthly premium for your requested coverage amount, term length, and health class. Rate class labels the underwriting tier used in the quote; the carrier verifies the final class during underwriting. Exam indicates whether an exam is required; many fast-track programs waive it for qualifying applicants. A.M. Best is the carrier's ratings firm financial-strength assessment.
